Denver Omelet Pie
This easy Denver Omelet Pie is loaded with ham, cheese, peppers, onions, and hash browns. A delicious breakfast or brunch recipe the whole family will love!
Ingredient amounts will adjust automatically. This recipe has only been tested as originally written, so results may vary.
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 1/2 cups shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup cooked diced ham
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
In a bowl, beat together eggs, onion powder, thyme, salt and pepper using a mixer.
Stir in the potatoes, cheese, ham and green pepper.
Grease or spray a 9 inch pie plate and pour mixture into plate.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until center tests done, Makes about six servings.
