Ingredient Notes

Mayonnaise: Use full-fat mayonnaise for the creamiest texture. Light mayonnaise works too, but the sauce will be slightly thinner and tangier.
Barbecue Sauce: Use a classic sweet and smoky barbecue sauce for the most familiar flavor. Avoid spicy or strongly flavored varieties unless you want to change the sauce’s flavor.
