Buttermilk Butter Swim Biscuits

If you love biscuits, but like easy too, make these! No rolling, cutting out biscuits or kneading the dough.

• 1 stick or 1/2 cup or 8 ounces butter melted
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups buttermilk

• Place butter in an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish and melt in the oven or microwave.

• In a mixing bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add buttermilk and mix with spoon until all ingredients are wet and come together to make a ball.

• Put batter in baking dish with melted butter and spread evenly with spoon.

• Score batter with knife to make nine biscuits.

• Place in preheated 425 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes until centers test done and biscuit tops are brown.

• Makes 9 large biscuits. Enjoy!
