NuraLogix, a digital health startup company, has taken to the stage at CES 2026 to unveil a brand-new smart product: the Longevity Mirror. By standing in front of the full-sized mirror device for approximately thirty seconds in total, it uses its in-built camera sensor and a set of advanced AI algorithms to analyze various aspects of your health and convey the information back to you on the spot.
More specifically, NuraLogix is using a proprietary Transdermal Optical Imaging (TOI) system that scans for facial blood flow patterns that can’t otherwise be seen without special equipment and software. Once the scan is complete, a number of metrics and findings are relayed to you, ranging from personal risk levels for certain diseases, cardiovascular wellbeing stats, mental stress levels, and more. A Longevity Index score is then used to quantify health across wellness indicators, with individualized results ranging from zero to one hundred across each metric.

The Longevity Mirror supports up to six user profiles out of the box, and a dedicated AI health assistant is also on board to help provide context, insights, and recommendations based on the physiological indicators and health details identified during a given scan. While the smart mirror itself includes a dedicated display panel, a companion app for mobile devices is also expected to arrive as a supplementary option.
Nuralogix’s Longevity Mirror is expected to begin shipping sometime early this year at an MSRP of $900. This initial purchase nets you a year’s worth of Nuralogix’s required companion subscription service for the product, which costs $100 per year after the first year. An additional One-Touch Health Concierge service, which offers connections with professionals in the wellbeing industry, will also be made available as an optional subscription at an asking price of $400 per year.
Mirror, mirror on the wall
Is this the smartest health gadget of them all?
From the get-go, Nuralogix is making it clear that its Longevity Mirror isn’t a substitute for professional medical advice, and that it’s not designed to diagnose illnesses or conditions. Rather, the gadget appears to be more of a lifestyle product designed to keep you informed of potential medical issues, as well as to help you stay on top of your general health, fitness, and wellbeing.
On the one hand, a smart mirror capable of providing health insights in as quick as half a minute is technically impressive. Assuming the AI models used within the Longevity Mirror are actually well-trained and accurate, the device could prove genuinely useful for folks wanting to stay in optimal health and informed of potential medical risks.
…if Nuralogix has truly cracked the AI health analysis code, then the cost of entry might just prove worthwhile.
On the other hand, something about the Longevity Mirror feels distinctly dystopian to me, almost as though the entire premise of the product has been ripped straight out of an episode of Black Mirror. The question arises in my head about whether I want a smart digital technology to predict my personal health risks well into the future, and I also have concerns over data privacy, telemetry, and the risks of syncing sensitive information via the cloud.
While it’s true that the Longevity Mirror can be used by multiple friends and family members for a more economical setup, its $900 asking price is nonetheless steep. I’d be more interested in the product if everything about the experience was included at the time of purchase, but having to pay a recurring subscription fee to keep the mirror useful after a single year of ownership sours its appeal to a degree. Of course, if Nuralogix has truly cracked the AI health analysis code, then the cost of entry might just prove worthwhile in the long run.
